WOW! Just, WOW! If you're looking for customer service and a well maintained storage facility in a slightly remote location not too far from main highways with a well lit lot... this is it! One of the cheapest, but best kept secrets of the storage facility varieties I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with. For the size of the storage unit I had at $167.--, everybody else wanted $220.-- base price. Yes, they're closer, but it only means they are busier and there would be less interaction, if not less customer care altogether. The facility never had a malfunctioning entry keypad nor gates which can only mean; proper maintenance! Since day one, I spoke with a kind woman (I apologize for forgetting your name miss) who explained the entire agreement to me and had a unit ready the same day for me to move into. To the last day (yesterday, again; I forgot your name.. don't hate me :) when I received a kind gesture of allowing me to remove my stuff at the day of payment/renewal. Even received a text message this morning from Pam, a kindly spoken woman who thanked me for my stay and invited me back if the need should ever arrive again. Yes, money speaks loudly when dealing with a business, but customer service speaks volumes and sometimes makes the difference amongst the choices we make. GRAND STORAGE GROUP TEAM: Great work, I commend you for the service. Satisfied!“
